How it works

After we receive your laptop a member of staff will call you within two days, to discuss our findings, and the likely cost of repair. If you decide not to go ahead the laptop will be returned to you. If you are unable to collect there will be a small charge of £15 to cover postage. Rather then just guessing the fault like some companies ATLANTIS/hc will run a full PC mot on your system, so we can provide a full diagnostics fault report, including a microscope hardware scan lasting up to 24hrs, this service is charged at a standard rate of £29.99
