You can call us on 01227 479646, where we will discuss the problem your expierncing with your television set, and if we can fix it over the phone there will be no charge. or you can drop it into us at 155 Wincheap, where an engineer will run a diagnostics for you ,for just £20, after which we will contact you and make you aware of the cause of your fault and what the best option is for your Tv

Unlike other Television service companies we dont only change over the internal PCB cards, when possible we will only replace the failed electonic components , this often saves you hundreds of pounds in repair charges.

Currenty our average charge for most lcd tv faults is just £60, this includes the tv inspection charge, we do however normaly reduce this cost for the older style CRT Tv's.

If you would like a member of staff to collect your television from your home this and home installations can be arranged for the Canterbury area, we currenty Charge £20 for our pick up and deliver service, or from £40 for our at home installation services, where a member of staff will demonstrate how to use your television, and tune in your required equipment.

Most Televisions are repaired within 2 - 5 working days, however we can supply a rental Tv unit to you whilst you wait, for £20, for security we do normaly request an additonal £80 which will be returned to you once we receive the Tv back in the same condition it left us.
